US figures are national averages from the Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey (FRED). Other markets use the national sources noted under each table; rows backed by a public machine-readable series refresh at build time, others show the latest published snapshot. Your actual rate depends on credit profile, down payment, loan amount and location.
